Founded over 23 years ago, Aldridge Marketing Group began with a simple premise: Do good work and let results speak for themselves. With deep roots in the in-store bakery and grocery sectors, we’ve grown from a regional operation to a trusted presence across Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, and Idaho.

Jeff Aldridge
Jeff launched his career as co-owner of Cascade Cookie Company, where he expanded the company from a Washington-based operation into a national supplier, ultimately leading to its acquisition by Ralcorp in 2000. Building on that success, he founded AMG in 2002 with a clear goal: to bring smarter, more effective solutions to the in-store bakery space. Jeff leads with integrity, persistence, and transparency, fostering a culture where trust and accountability thrive. His steady guidance has shaped a resilient, low-turnover team and long-term success.

Nathan Gai
Nathan brings deep experience across independent, chain, and e-commerce retail, building his career on strong customer relationships and a solution-first mindset. As a strategic partner to E-Commerce, he leveraged his local insight to become an approved broker, while also building a 20-year history of working with chain business in the Westcoast. Nathan is passionate about pioneering bakery brands and growing their presence from the ground up. His ability to develop sustainable, long-term partnerships makes him a trusted resource in the industry.

Amanda Joersz
Amanda began her career in manufacturing, gaining three years of hands-on industry experience before joining AMG as a broker associate. Her passion for the work shines through in her collaborative approach with both customers and vendor partners, developing impactful programs and lasting relationships. As a supportive leader and mentor, Amanda plays a key role in guiding and inspiring the next generation of talent at AMG. Her commitment to excellence and team culture helps define AMG’s approach.

Janell Johnson
Janell is widely respected as the gold standard in customer service, with a reputation built over 25 years in the industry—12 of those with AMG. She played a foundational role in building both the account management and customer service teams, which she continues to lead today. Janell is committed to maintaining client relationships and ensuring vendor satisfaction across the board. Her unmatched knowledge and professionalism make her one of a kind in the field.

Nicole Najarro
Nicole brings two decades of experience in the bakery industry, starting as a bakery manager and rising to become one of the most trusted solution providers in the business. Her retail background gives her an edge in developing large-scale programs while managing the details that ensure success. Known for her integrity and strong relationships, Nicole is a respected leader across the industry. She also contributes her expertise as a valued member of the IDDBA WISL team.

Dana Burgess
Dana has been connecting vendors with retail partners since 2018, bringing persistence, dedication, and a deep understanding of retailer needs to every project. Her strong relationships and consistent follow-through set her apart in a competitive field. At the heart of her work is a focus on building long-term vendor partnerships rooted in trust and shared success. Dana’s drive and professionalism make her an essential part of AMG’s team.
